Natural Vegetable Leather

Our vegetable leather in natural colour is a premium full-grain hide available in a range of thickness from 0.8 to 4.0 mm. This stunning vegetable tanned leather has peculiarities that distinguish it from other vegetable-tanned hides.

This high-quality vegetable leather is made from mature cowhide has a crisp and substantial feel to it and is not as prone to stretching or warping when worked as the tooling calf. It has a nice balance between supple and firm.

What makes our vegetable leather even more unique, is the fact that it is better than any other kinds of leather for customisation and finishes. This leather is perfect for leather craftwork as it can be tooled, dyed, embossed and moulded.
